For airport exports, our team reviews available shipment documentation before tendering cargo to the airline or collecting from customers whenever possible. We check critical information for consistency and accuracy, helping identify discrepancies that could result in an airline rejection, tender delay, or missed flight.
In a fast-moving logistics environment, documentation errors can happen. Incorrect or inconsistent information may not always be identified until the shipment reaches the airline. Our experienced team understands what to look for and, when we identify a potential discrepancy, we communicate it to the customer or coordinator so it can be addressed before tender whenever possible.
This additional review helps reduce preventable rejections, avoid unnecessary delays, protect booked flights, and improve overall shipment performance.

Beyond our primary coverage areas, we maintain a network of trained, on-call independent contractors who extend our reach into additional markets when needed.
