WE SUPPORT OUR DRIVERS
When you're handling a Mile Express shipment, you are not expected to figure everything out on your own.
Our dispatch team remains available throughout the assignment to provide instructions, answer questions, coordinate with customers, and help resolve unexpected situations.
We believe drivers perform better when they have good information and dependable support.
Before an assignment, we provide the available shipment details, pickup and delivery information, handling requirements, customer instructions, and any special procedures associated with the shipment.
During transportation, we maintain communication with our drivers and customers so everyone knows where the shipment stands.
If something doesn't look right, we want our drivers to call.
We would rather stop, verify, and get the correct answer than make an assumption with an important shipment.
