Mile Express Transport provides dedicated transportation and dry ice handling support for frozen pharmaceutical, biologic, clinical trial, Cell & Gene Therapy, and other temperature-sensitive healthcare shipments utilizing validated dry ice packaging.

Maintaining the required amount of dry ice throughout transit is critical to protecting shipment integrity. Our team is experienced in handling dry ice shipping systems and follows customer-specific instructions for inspection, replenishment, documentation, and transportation from pickup through final delivery.

When dry ice replenishment is required, Mile Express can source and replenish dry ice at designated locations, including during airport recoveries or prior to final delivery. Whenever possible, servicing is performed in an appropriate environment to minimize exposure to outside temperatures. Before and after photos can be provided to document packaging condition and dry ice replenishment.

• Airport Recovery & Re-Icing – Shipments can be recovered from airline cargo facilities and replenished with dry ice according to customer instructions. 
• Packaging Inspection – Packaging is visually inspected for damage or irregularities before servicing and transportation. 
• Before & After Documentation – Photos can document shipment condition and dry ice levels before and after replenishment. 
• Customs-Controlled Shipments – When freight remains under Customs control, required authorization must be obtained before Mile Express opens or services the shipment. We can assist with obtaining the required manipulation documentation for replenishments.
• Experienced Cold Chain Handling – Our team is familiar with a wide range of validated pharmaceutical dry ice packaging systems and customer-specific handling procedures.

Mile Express does not manufacture or qualify temperature-controlled packaging. We work with the validated shipping systems provided or specified by our clients, following their handling instructions while providing dedicated transportation, dry ice replenishment, documentation, and operational oversight.
